I'm Amutha, a graduate with MSc in Clinical Nutrition and a BSc in Nutrition & Community Health from Malaysia. Currently I am pursuing my Ph.D in Public Health in an Australian unversity's offshore campus in Malaysia. I have been blogging for close to 3 years now, and nutritoday is one of my idea to disseminate reliable information on nutrition and general health.
